What is Buckwheat? It is a powerhouse of nutrients and its flavor. It is naturally gluten free and packs a nutty, earthy flavor.
Why should you eat Buckwheat? It provides for you high fiber and protein content. It is an excellent source of prebiotics which are necessary food sources to for the beneficial bacteria in our digestive tracts. Also, it contains all essential amino acids, making it a complete protein!
How may I use buckwheat? You may cook or toast buckwheat, put it on salad, make it as oatmeal or granola. Buckwheat makes for excellent pancakes and waffles! You may also mill it to have buckwheat flour.
