Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Chisholm Trail Farm. We strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction for all our products.  Please read our return policy below.  

You may return unopened items in the original packaging within fourteen (14) days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.  If fourteen (14) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.  Please note that all sales are final on promotional, clearance, and discounted items.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with details of the product and the defect or damage.  You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will be not include the cost of shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically within 7-10 business days.
