Basic Bread Recipe with Fresh Milled Flour
Fresh Milled MamaThis bread recipe is so versatile. You may use this recipe to create bread, dinner rolls, doughnuts, breadsticks, etc. This recipe will yield 2 - 1 lb. loaves. PLEASE NOTE: I do not use sunflower lectin, I use one egg yolk; I do not use vital wheat gluten, I use baking powder that I change out one for one. Also, you do not need to use Vitamin C powder, but I do use Acerola Cherry Powder, if I want to preserve.

I have included in that description the changes I have made to the basic bread recipe because I do not use sunflower lectin or vital wheat gluten. ALSO, I use hard red spring wheat and it makes beautiful bagels. I will also use 2/3 hard red spring and 1/3 rye to jazz it up also.
