Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Expedited Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Delivery delays can occur occasionally.
Chisholm Trail Farm does not ship to PO Boxes.
Chisholm Trail Farm ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chisholm Trail Farm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Chisholm Trail Farm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact he shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but will be looking into doing this in the near future.
Returns Policy
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Chisholm Trail Farm. We strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction for all our products. Please read our return policy below.
Returns
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. Please note that all sales are final on promotional, clearance, and discounted items.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the product and the defect or damage. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
